Most software studios are optimized for utilization — keeping engineers busy, hours billed, projects delivered. That's not wrong. It's just not what we do.
twotanks was built on a different premise: the best technology products are built by people who think like founders. Who understand that every product decision is a business decision. Who know what acquirability looks like from day one.
Two of the products we've built were acquired. Not because we got lucky — because we designed them to be worth acquiring from the start.
